Our client in Hermanus has a very exciting role available and requires the duties of a trustworthy operations supervisor with solid working experience.

This is for you if:

Salary between R 20 000 and R 25 000 per month.

DEBTORS & CREDITORS ADMIN

Our client in Hermanus is seeking a debtors and creditors clerk to join their team.

Requirements:

  • You will need experience in the full function of a debtors system:  invoicing, reconciling, debt collection and receipting of payments to debtors accounts.
  • You will need at least 3- 5 years experience in a  debtors / creditors position.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is non-negotiable.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual.
  • Experience in SAGE will be advantageous.

Please note that you will be asked to do some basic admin tasks as well.

Salary:  R 7 000 – R 8 000
Start date:  1 June 2022

My client in die building industry is wanting to employ an office administrator.  The ideal candidate is reliable and attention to detail and accuracy is something you can brag about.

This role is for you if:

  • You have admin experience (experience in the building industry would be advantageous).
  • Your duties will include general office admin, emails, telephone etc.
  • Typing quotes.
  • Eventually it will also be expected of you to do progress claims.

Salary between R 6 000 – R 8 000

REPRESENTATIVE - BUILDING INDUSTRY

My client, a leader in the building industry is looking to employ a representative who has an interest in the building industry and is technically minded.

Duties:

  • Identify potential clients on a weekly basis
  • Develop new methods to identify clients
  • Customer care
  • Keep the data-base updated at all times
  • Take measurements on site

Requirements:

  • An interest in design work
  • Experience of Pastel would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

Salary:  R12 000 – R16 000 depending on experience.
Start date:  1 June 2022
