Accounts

My client is a well established specialist practice in Hermanus in the Overberg.  They require the services of an Accounts administrator.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Typing of medical reports from a Dictaphone
Personal Assistant duties
Billing of consultations and procedures
Submission to medical aids
Monitor of invoices
Debt collecting
Reception duties as needed

The ideal candidate is a mature female with a friendly nature.  She must have experience in the accounts industry of a medical practice.   This person must be a team player and excellent customer service must be on the top of her list.  Attention to detail is a must.
