My client has a vacancy for a Customer Services Representative.
a.) Minimum requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent
b.) Exposure to/ theoretical knowledge of FAIS & FICA legislation required. (* will be tested during interview *)
c.) Minimum 2 yrs experience in reasonably complex process-orientated environment, preferably within Financial Services / Banking/ Insurance/ Brokerage/ Legal.
d.) Tertiary qualification in Finance / Admin/ Secretarial / Insurance/ Para-legal is not a requirement, but would be an advantage.
The CSR is responsible for end-to-end delivery of customer outcomes (after customer accepts quote for services). The role facilitates and administers processes necessary to achieve mutually agreed customer outcomes. The CSR is responsible for client communication, requesting necessary information and keeping clients informed on progress.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills (verbal & written), is highly organised, a strong administrator who can multi-task and enjoy the fast-paced and challenging Financial Services environment. d (banking/ financial services/ brokerage/ insurance) are well suited to this role.
