The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and a definite interest in numbers and understand the difference between currencies. Understanding of accounting reporting will be advantageous. This person must have a strong administrative background. After the necessary training, it will be expected of this person to solve problems and be a self-thinker.
We are looking for a mature, loyal, trustworthy person who puts a high price on client confidentiality.
Must be willing to assist in delivering on various team requirements.
Ensure that processes and procedures are in place and managed to ensure on-going and efficient administrative support.
Skills needed:
- Excellent skills in MS Excel – competent to an advanced level (this will be tested)
- Accuracy is a must
- Must work well under pressure as there will be deadlines
- Computer / IT comfortable
- Excellent interpersonal relationships

- Strong communication skills
- Assertive
- Highly organised and adaptable
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
