
My client, a leader in the sport retail industry, has an exciting opportunity for a sales assistant in their store in Springfield, Durban.
The position requires a high-energy, authentic, self – motivated individual with world-class customer service skills.
It will be expected of you to achieve the following:
- The store will achieve sales budgets.
- Excellent customer service will be delivered to every customer.
- The store will present in accordance with New Balance standards and shrinkage minimised

Requirements:
- Outgoing determined self-starter
- World-class customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales budgets
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to continuously comply with stock levels and physically make sure the store is fully stocked
- Demonstrated ability to close a sale
- Understanding of the urgency and responsibility to stay up to date with training
- Computer literate
