Make the vision plain. Vision is fuel! The energy that makes your business run. The vision keeps you going in the difficult days.

REMINDER
Building a business is like running a marathon and when your legs get tired it is the vision that kicks in that helps you continue.

PRO TIP
If your business does not have a VISION and MISSION yet, I encourage you to have a meeting with your team and invite them to give input as well. Or if you have a vision, make sure that it is displayed somewhere where everyone can see it, and be reminded of the energy and focus.
