I am sure you have been to a business or have phoned a business where you have experienced what it is like to have a poor receptionist on the other side.  Maybe you are even in a position where you want to pull your hair out because of your own receptionist but you gave up trying?  I don’t know about you but as a business owner, the standard I have for my receptionist is equal to that of a five-star hotel receptionist.  I want my clients to have that same experience.  And more than that I want myself to have that experience.  I want to be proud of my receptionist and her capabilities.      

It is no secret that your receptionist is the face of your company.  It is the first and the last person that your clients see, and this person will determine how your clients feel.  It is their most important job.  The receptionist is the centre of everything in your business when you have a poor receptionist, she can cost your business long term damage by letting leads go away.  A receptionist that cannot connect with your clients or do a proper job result in problems with customer trust and company image.         

I am hosting a reception training in September because I have realised the importance of an excellent receptionist.  I have helped clients to solve problems they had with their receptionist and the impact it had on their business and the remaining staff is life changing.  The mood was so much lighter, and everyone could focus on their responsibilities and get the job done.
