I am sure you have been to a business or have phoned a business where you have experienced what it is like to have a poor receptionist on the other side. It is no secret that your receptionist is the face of your company. It is the first and the last person that your clients see, and this person will determine how your clients feel. It is their most important job. The receptionist is the centre of everything in your business when you have a poor receptionist, she can cost your business long term damage by letting leads go away. A receptionist that cannot connect with your clients or do a proper job result in problems with customer trust and company image.
